DATE OF ASSENT: 2nd August, 2019. Application of Act 1. (1) Except as otherwise provided, this Act applies to companies formed in the Republic, whether before or after the commencement of this Act. (2) This Act does not affect the validity of anything done before the date when the Act comes into operation.	en_US
